Accessibility Statement
At AutomatedOn, we are dedicated to providing a digitally accessible experience for individuals of all abilities. We continually work to enhance accessibility and usability for every user, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 with the aim of meeting AA level compliance. Our goal is to ensure our services are inclusive, intuitive, and beneficial for everyone.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process and that WCAG standards evolve over time. Therefore, we are committed not only to meeting existing standards but also to proactively adopting new practices as accessibility guidelines advance. Through this commitment, we strive to maintain a platform that remains accessible, equitable, and supportive for all users.
Current Compliance
We are working towards complying with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, within our User Interface. While issues may occasionally occur, we do our best to resolve them promptly.
Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
AutomatedOn is designed to work effectively with leading assistive technologies and current versions of major browsers.
For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox. Different screen readers are optimised for different browsers, so users should select the combination that best fits their needs.
Third-Party Content
AutomatedOn customers may configure their own Processes, Actions and connected Data Feeds within the platform. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accessibility of any content generated or transmitted through the Actions they configure.

We value your feedback on accessibility at AutomatedOn. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at support@automatedon.com. We aim to reply to accessibility-related feedback within 5 business days.
